These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betso100 ("betso100," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betso100 website located at https://betso100.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the betso100 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To access the full range of betso100 services, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the betso100 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betso100 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify betso100 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. betso100 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

betso100 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

All financial transactions on the betso100 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). betso100 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by betso100; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, for which betso100 accepts no responsibility.

betso100 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes;
• PayMaya (Maya) — Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes;
• BDO Online Banking — Deposits and withdrawals processed within 1–3 business hours;

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the betso100 account holder. betso100 may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.

betso100 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all betso100 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;

betso100 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to situations where:

• A bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded or a game outcome had been determined;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules;

In the event that a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's betso100 account balance. betso100's decision regarding the voiding of bets is final and binding.

For live in-play betting on sports events including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football, bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. betso100 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market at any given time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betso100 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any betso100 game or system;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betso100 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on betso100 content;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betso100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the betso100 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond betso100's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable game rules;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

betso100 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betso100 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betso100's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

betso100 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the betso100 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betso100 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. betso100 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Upon account closure, betso100 will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to betso100. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your betso100 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or event rules.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

betso100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betso100 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the betso100 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
